The parts most people gloss over

  • You keep your original. Every staged file is delivered next to the untouched photo, because a growing number of MLS rules require the pair, not just a watermark.
  • Every staged image is labelled “Virtually Staged.” On the file, every time. Staging should sell the space, not misrepresent it.
  • We do not invent architecture. Walls, windows, doorways and floors stay exactly as photographed. We add furniture, nothing structural.
  • Send only photos you have the right to alter. Listing photography is often owned by the photographer even when you may display it, so we never take an image off a listing page — you send it to us.
